What is Home Team?
Home Team is our loyalty program available at participating Home Timber and Hardware stores. By becoming a Home Team member, you´ll join a select group of Home customers. There are no membership joining fees and once you have joined, simply login through this site and all of your information is easy to access. You also have the flexibility of being able to link your account with other family members and friends to accumulate points quicker!
Once you become a Home Team member, by presenting your Home Team membership card you will receive a range of benefits including:

How do I become a Home Team member?
Simply visit a participating Home Timber and Hardware store and join up at the counter by completing an application form and start collecting rewards straight away or join up online using the link above. Your membership is now active! Contact your local store which can be found here to see if they are a Home Team store.
How do the Home Team rewards work?
1 Receiving Your Rewards
All you need to do to start receiving your Home Team rewards is to present your Home Team membership card, every time you make a purchase at your nominated Home store. Your purchase is recorded onto your membership card every time it is swiped. You will receive points* for every dollar you spend in store. *Conditions apply. The more you shop, the more Home Team rewards you will receive. So get shopping!
2 Redeeming Your Rewards
All your rewards are stored in a secure Home Team account. You can use these rewards once you have accumulated a minimum number of points to redeem on future purchases at your nominated Home store. Your membership card may be used only at your nominated joining store. Simply, present your membership card to identify yourself as one of our special customers, to receive all the benefits Home have to offer.
3 Tracking Your Rewards
You can keep track of your rewards via this website. Simply click the ´member´ icon above to log in. There you will enter a username and password. Use your membership card number as your username and your surname as your password the first time you log in to check your accounts.
