Program Changes

Why did you make changes to the DIY Rewards program?

We want you to have as much time as possible to redeem any DIY Rewards points you have earned. So, any DIY Rewards points balance available to be redeemed once the new changes have been made. These will have a set 12 month expiration – that’s 19th March 2025!

In some cases, you might even have more time to save up to use your points on something you’d really liked.

How did you assign me to a tier?

As a valuable member, your new membership tier is based on your loyalty membership spend at Home Hardware over the last 12 months to make each of those transactions count.

You can check your new tier on the Home Hardware website under the ‘My profile’ tab or ask at your local store! If you’re signed up to receive emails, we’ll send you a note to let you know too or you can download your digital membership card to your digital wallet.
