It has a jet flame ignition which allows you to heat up the burner quickly and has a cast iron hotplate and grill for better heat retention and control. With a powder coated flat top lid and two side shelves, you can easily slow cook meats on the burner while preparing other ingredients on the side. The included trolley shelf is great for storage and the two wheels make it easy to move this barbecue around as needed.
