GranoShield Matt is a pure acrylic matt finish, high-performance elastomeric coating designed to be applied by brush, roller or spray to a range of substrates including masonry, fibre cement sheets and polystyrene building systems. The vapour permeability of GranoShield Matt is carefully controlled to form a barrier to external moisture while allowing vapour in the substrate to escape. It is, however, not suitable for situations where hydrostatic pressure exists. GranoShield Matt may be used as the final topcoat in many other Granosite systems, extending the performance and overall protection of the system applied. GranoShield Matt is water-based for applicator safety and ease of use.
