Fun Fact - If you have a problem with wood borer, you can use a small needleless syringe to inject Clear Wood Preservative into the exit holes. This will kill the borer eggs and larvae that may still be in the galleries underneath the surface.
Clear Wood Preservative As the name suggests it dries clear, with no tint added and that means the Timber is also not tinted, this is a very popular choice for many wood lovers. It is ideal for application to protect timbers used in windows, frames, external doors, gates, fences, posts, handrails, outdoor furniture, undercoat primer for decking oil, and any situation where exposure to rain, moisture, insect pests may promote degrade.
