Roasting and baking on your Baby Q barbecue has never been so easy
This convection tray from Weber, used with a roasting trivet (sold separately), instantly transforms your Baby Q from direct grilling mode to indirect cooking mode. The design of the convection trays, with the trivet placed on top, allows for heat to circulate evenly around the food. Fats and juices fall onto the tray during cooking, and create smoke and flavour, whilst excess drippings are channelled away from the burner to prevent flare up.
Safety tip: Please avoid reusing Weber Baby Q convection trays for roasting meat multiple times, as residual fats can pose a fire hazard. However, feel free to reuse them safely for baking, preparing pizzas, and crafting desserts. Stay safe and enjoy your BBQ experience!
Fits New N Series Weber Q barbecues only. Not recommended* for old (pre-September 2023) Weber Q series barbecues.
