This Puddle Flange is designed to be set up prior to the concrete slab being poured. It can be installed flush or 10mm below the finished concrete floor level. It also provides a positive grade to the floor and shower drain at concrete drain level and reduces waterproofing issues by up 80%.
The features include an 100mm push-in Test Plug to flood test the floor and shower membrane when dry, an adjustable insert base that functions to suit various screed heights and correct misaligned pipework and a foam ring that functions to prevent concrete from settling in between the base and flange during the concrete pour and is then removed once the concrete is set. This product is made from quality recycled ABS material and is available in sizes 100mm x 100mm, 100mm x 80mm, & 100mm x 50mm. It has a Watermark Certificate: W WMTS 040 21298.
